CGC SIGNATURE SERIES

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Please read though our frequently asked questions to see if we they help with your query. If you still need help, please contact us.

  • If attending a convention will I have to queue up on the day for signatures?
Once your payment for the Scott's Collectables Signature Series service has been made you will either have to queue whilst out witness observes the signature or our witness can get it signed for you without you being present.
  • What if I want a signature in a specific place?
We strongly suggest you prepare your book in a manner that the creator can only sign where you want. We can take no responsibility for signature placement if you have not prepared your book beforehand.
  • What if I want a specific colour pen used for the signature?
Please specify which colour pen on your submission form. There is still no guarantee that the creator will agree to this.
  • What if my book is already signed?
Only witnessed signatures will be guaranteed to get a CGC Signature Series label. Pre-signed books can be submitted to CBCS.
  • Can I submit blank variants with sketch covers?
Yes, but the creator must give the book direct to our CGC witness after finishing the sketch. Contact us beforehand to make provisions.
  • Can I get more than one signature on my book?
Yes but there is an additional £5 charge per signature. There is no guarantee we will be able to get every specified creator to sign. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME CREATORS MAY CHARGE FOR THEIR SIGNATURE AND THAT COST WILL BE ADDED TO THE SERVICE. IN MOST CASES WE WILL INFORM YOU OF ANY CHARGE BEFOREHAND BUT THERE ARE INSTANCES WHERE THE CREATOR MAY CHANGE THE PRICE. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS.
