Vincenzo Riccardi is an Italian artist living in Milan. 
 

He has worked for more than 20 years as a comic book artist, cover artist and illustrator for many publishers worldwide, such as IDW, Dark Horse, Image Comics, Skybound Entertainment, Boom! Studios, Sergio Bonelli Editore, 2000ad, Vault Comics, Delcourt and Black Library.

 

His works as a comic artist includes titles such as Star Wars, Stranger Things, Dragonero, Dungeons and Dragons, Something is Killing the Children, Brzrkr, Department of Truth, Godzilla, Magic The Gathering and Power rangers as well as work on licensed MARVEL products (Marvel Snap, Sideshow, Upperdeck).

What was the first comic you bought?

When I was little I used to read a lot Mickey Mouse, I think the first comic I actively decided to buy was Dragon Ball #1

Favourite character to draw?

Batman, Daredevil, Wolverine, Erica Slaughter and Devilman

Biggest artistic influences?

Miura, Shinkawa, Otomo, Amano, Moebius, Toppi, Immonen, Steranko, Buscema, Barry Winsor Smith, too many others

​

Favourite convention snack?

Mars bars!
